Agreement

By using The Send Stack you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, the remedy is simple: stop using the site. These terms apply to thesendstack.com and everything served from it.

What this site is

The Send Stack is an independent directory and field guide to cold email and B2B outbound tools. It is operated by an individual, not a company. It publishes research, comparisons and buying guides about third-party software. It does not sell software, does not provide the software it writes about, and has no login, account or paid tier.

Affiliate disclosure

Many links to vendor sites on this site are affiliate links. If you follow one and later buy a subscription, the vendor pays us a commission. This costs you nothing extra — the price is the same whether you arrive through our link or type the vendor's address yourself.

Commissions fund the site, and they are the only source of revenue: there is no advertising, no sponsored placement and no pay-to-rank. A vendor cannot pay to be included, to be ranked higher, or to have criticism removed. Where a tool has real drawbacks, the page says so.

Prices, features and commission terms change

Vendors change pricing, packaging, limits and commission terms frequently, and they do so without telling us. Every figure on this site is a snapshot of what was published on the date shown on the page or in the footer. Always confirm current pricing, plan limits and terms on the vendor's own site before you commit money.

We make no promise that a listed price, feature, integration, free tier or discount still exists at the moment you read about it.

Research, not professional advice

Everything here is published for general information. It is not legal, tax, financial, compliance or deliverability advice, and it is not a substitute for your own testing in your own environment. Cold outreach is regulated differently depending on where you and your recipients are, and responsibility for complying with those rules sits with you, not with this site. The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. We work to keep it correct and we fix errors when we find them, but we do not warrant that any page is free of mistakes, omissions or outdated information. Third-party tools are outside our control, and we are not responsible for what they do, how they behave, or whether they work as described.

Links to vendor sites take you somewhere we do not operate. Once you leave, the vendor's own terms of service, privacy policy and refund policy apply. We do not control those sites and we are not a party to any agreement you make with them, including any subscription, contract or payment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this site and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of the site or of any third-party tool you discovered through it — including lost revenue, lost data, lost deliverability, account suspensions, or costs of substitute services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use this site, which is zero.

Acceptable use

You are welcome to read, quote and link to this site. You may not:

• Republish substantial parts of it, or resell it, as your own content.
• Scrape it at a volume that degrades service for other visitors.
• Present it as official documentation for any vendor, or imply that a vendor endorses it.
• Use it to misrepresent a vendor's pricing, terms or capabilities to a third party.

Short quotations with a link back are fine and encouraged. Vendor names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification and comparison only. Their use does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, those vendors.

The text, structure, scoring and original illustrations on this site belong to its operator. Third-party trademarks remain with their owners.
