What Waalaxy is actually for

Waalaxy is the cheapest sensible way to find out whether LinkedIn outreach works for your market. Plans start at $25 a month, the sequence builder is simple, and LinkedIn activity is where the value is supposed to happen.

The intended use is a test rather than a channel. Run one sequence to one segment, measure whether the replies justify the effort, and only then consider a tool built for scale. That is a good enough reason to buy something this cheap, and a bad enough reason to stay on it once the answer is yes.

What you are paying for

Low monthly cost, which is exactly why the economics only work at volume: a small subscription means each conversion has to be worth something on its own, or you need a lot of them.

As with any LinkedIn automation tool, budget for account risk as well as the subscription. Limits on connections and messages are real, sequences that ignore them get profiles restricted, and the tool cannot protect you from a sequence that looks like spam.

How it compares

Against Dux-Soup, Waalaxy is the newer, simpler and slightly more expensive option; Dux-Soup is older, cheaper and runs as a browser extension. Against HeyReach or Expandi, you are giving up multi-account management, which is the feature you will want the moment you run more than one account.

Verdict

Waalaxy is a cheap experiment with a clear expiry date. Buy it to answer a question, not to run a channel.

What it does well

  • Very low entry price, which makes it the cheapest way to test LinkedIn automation
  • Simple sequence builder with a usable free tier
  • Multichannel touches including email within the LinkedIn workflow

Where it falls short

  • Low price point means per-conversion value is small, so it needs volume to matter
  • LinkedIn account-safety trade-offs apply as with any automation tool

Feature checklist

  • LinkedIn automation
  • Multi-sequence
  • CRM
  • Chrome extension

Who shouldn’t pick it

  • Teams that need email as well
  • Anyone executing at serious volume with multiple accounts

Before you buy

Respect LinkedIn's connection and message limits, and treat the first campaign as an experiment. The tool cannot protect a profile from a sequence that reads like spam.
